Nick was one of the first players to represent Walkovers. He began his Walkovers career well scoring 49 in the first game. He had a number of quiet season and in 2007 Nick came out of his shell and finally scored the runs that someone with his technique and ability should do. He scored a number of match winning 50’s in very quick time to help secure Walkovers 2nd division status.
As well as his batting is wicket-keeping has improved. Nick has the confidence to stand up to many of the bowlers and create wicket taking opportunities.
Nick deservedly won Player of the Year and Batsman of the Year for 2007 for his outstanding efforts. He has scored over 1000 runs for Walkovers.
